Plan & Prepare

Build your shoot using our inquiry form! Share info about what products we’re shooting, choose lighting and background styles, and iron out the fine details with your 4x5 Rep. We’ll provide you a proposal highlighting all the details including costs, turn around time and deliverables.

Pack & Ship

You've approved your project proposal, let’s get ready to shoot. Simply pack and ship your products using the pre-paid label provided by your 4x5 Rep. Once received, we’ll confirm everything is camera ready. Your shoot begins within 24 hours of receiving your products.

Review & Download

Your photos are ready! In 5 days or less, you can review the images your 4x5 Photographer shot using a virtual gallery we provide you. Simply download your web ready files and get started using them. Alternatively, you may request additional retouching, revisions and additions.

FAQ

Once we’ve received your products, you can anticipate your final images within 5 business days. Revisions and retouching for requests not included in your shotlist require additional processing time. Your 4X5 Rep will provide timeline info accordingly.

We provide our clients with a prepaid shipping label once the details of the shoot are approved and the balance is fulfilled. Simply pack your products and ship them to us. Your shoot will begin the day after your package is received.
